... price as it is jam packed with genuinely interesting things. There is also a lad section which is actually written by a lad (so you know what they're realy thinkin-ehich is useful). The Economist ... covers mainly Economy and social affairs and business. Most of the articles do not display the name of the author, the publications comes up once a week, costs 3.25 in UK and is still registered as a newspaper. It contains up to date facts abouot politic, and macro economy. I would surely recommend it to ANYONE who is NOT working in finance. I work in finance and for me The Economist is probably a bit too old, since I read newwires most of the day, and too vague. I would surely recommend it to students, both in UK and abroad and to the so called general public. The style of the Economist is easy to follow and it is not right or left winged. Daily Star ... be in the future as the remaining two can be quite bitchy in the column in terms of a stars dress sense and if they have put on a little weight. Leigh Purves is much more respectable on the showbiz shows she has been featured on. ...Other columns... There are two other notable columns in the paper and they are from Dominik Diamond and Vanessa Feltz. Dominik Diamond's column is sometimes quite funny with his dry scottish humour he can make some very interesting valid points and his column is more interesting than most of the other content in the paper. Heat Magazine ... devoted to the outfit Heather wore. Halfway through, and lots of pictures later - including one of Sadie Frost's nipples (Heat love to show stars flashing) - we get to 'Star Style' with the poignant and profound tagline 'Because without clothes we'd all be naked'. This contains several pages of Women's fashion, so probably where the men (who pretend not to read it, but really do) get bored of reading it, unless they're the sort of men who like to steal your stilettos of a weekend.
