Acorn User is the longest running news-stand magazine for RISC OS machines (and, indeed, since it took over Archimedes World (formerly A+B Computing) and The Micro User, it's the only news stand magazine dedicated to RISC OS users). The content in the magazine is fair to middling - if you keep up to date using the internet news services, you'll only probably want to read the reviews sections. It occasionally has 'breaking news' that hasn't been featured anywhere else, but this is becoming rarer and rarer (Archive, Eureka and RISC World subscription magazines usually have it first).
