Babycare and Pregnancy (I'm Pregnant!)
Advantages: Colouful Disadvantages: nothing
As a mother of three and child care advice changing every single week or well it seems like it I love reading these magazines. I love in particular the free gifts. This month we got a teddy and me CD which is lovely for my little boy. In Baycare and Pregnancy it covers all aspects that you would expect from a baby mag. Like alot of others it has great photos, loads of advice and it does not seem to look down on you and be condescending. You can fill in a form telling them what you like about the magazine and get to be made over ( a must for all us mums) or be on the testing panel. It is a good read and has plenty of adverts. Some people may not like all of the adverts though. I found it did not contain all the bumpf that you usually end up bringing home from the newsagents which is great as it only goes into the recyling bag! It may be made better by covering more toddler subjects say up to 5's but as there is a clux of mags offering this I think what it does offer us parents wether first time or second or third time round is excellent value for money.
