Disadvantages: Too many recipes!

Has anyone else noticed that Bella always seems to have "Lose a stone in 4 weeks" or "Drop a dress size in 4 weeks" on the front cover? I must admit that this is the main reason for my buying Bella, trying to find the secret plan to weight loss! Most of the diet plans and recipes take time and effort to prepare! The magazine, after all, is geared towards parents, and working mothers - would they actually have time to make these recipes?? And have you ever noticed that right after all the information on healthy eating and exercise, there is a recipe for Triple Chocolate cheesecake or some other calorie laden dessert?? I know that if I had the time to try one of the recipes, I know what I would go for.......Now where was that diet sheet.......??
