The front cover of the October issue shows a photograph of seven people, presumably members of three different generations of one family, all with beaming smiles. It gives the im... Money Week ... Week is a weekly magazine about money (no really), which gives a commentary on the most important financial stories of the week. It is edited by Merryn Somerset Webb, who also writes for the Financial Times and The Sunday Times, but also has contributions from many other regulars and précis of articles, share tips and investment ideas from other publications, presented in an interesting and contrarian style often contradicting the mainstream view. The magazine is fairly thin, with just 40 or so pages and costs £2.50 or just £14 per quarter on subscription with a three-week free trial. It is however full of useful information for investors whether you are just wonde... Read the full review: Money, money, money.... by AndrewPo |

The Economist ... am currently studying economics at A-level and have throughly enjoyed the subject and found it very interesting on a personal level and particularly as it is key in every business, government and country. I am now looking to read economics at university and it was therefore suggested that i start reading the economist. I have since subscribed to the economist for a year and after having been reading it for a few months now have really enjoyed it. The economist is a magazine (newspaper type thing) that is released on a weekly basis. It comes with a rather large price tag of £3.90, but it would be wise to maybe try it once at this price, and then if you feel you like it ...
