... seeing in the night garden on the television, my daughter was fascinated with the show for a while. I was over the moon when I saw the magazine at our local shops it cost under £2.00 and it had stickers inside aswell as a free gift. My daughter very much enjoyed doing the stickers and putting them on the themed pages, she also enjoyed colouring in her favourite characters. This is a fortnightly magazine and I purchased it for my Daughter for about 2 months before I stopped. The main reason why I stopped purchasing was due to the gifts, I know that they are free but I started to feel that I was wasting my money, as my daughter would just toss them to the side. There...

... horrible histories series are a set of books aimed and children and teenagers which aim to make history interesting and fun as well as educational.They are written by Terry Deary and illustrated by Martin Brown.The books are black and white but contain good diagrams and drawings to make the books more understandable.The series covers most major historical periods from the stone age to world war 2.The series also has many specials editions, handbooks and magazines as well as the normal paperback books.They include jokes and humour which makes the books accessible for young people and makes them take more of an interest then the traditional history book used in schools....

... magazine is a good magazine for teenage girls. It usually covers everything that the average teen would be interested in.....music, hair, boys, makeup, fashion, that sort of thing. The size of the mag is good, its small enough to fit into a teens handbag. Shout includes real life stories that show teens what other alike people are doing in their lives. It includes little quizzes throughout the mag, fashion ideas, "fit lads", celeb gossip and interviews. The front cover usually has a picture of a female celeb from England or America.
