Advantages: Great easy read with lots of up to date celebrity goss

Disadvantages: Not the cheapest magasine of this type

I have been buying Closer every week for at least the last year or so.

What you have to remember it is what it is. Looking at the cover every week it is packed with celebrity and real life stories. If you dont like trashy mags - DONT BUY IT!

It is an easy to pick up and read magasine with short articles covering celebrity life, real life stories, gossip pages, readers letters, interviews, diet advice etc. It has lots of pictures of celebrities in the latest fashions and make up!

Although there are a few advert pages, I am pleased to say they do not dominate this magasine unlike some others I could mention.

There is also great TV programs at the back of the magasine covering TV gossip, TV choices and covers all the major TV channels including satelite, cable, digital as well as regional variations. The TV section is set out in an easy to read and concise manner.

The price is £1.20 and can honestly say even though I am a mum of three I read this magasine from cover to cover every week. Primarily, because it can be picked up and read for 10 minutes and put down again.

Its great for keeping up to date on celebrity news, gossip, fashions and real life..... it is NOT an indepth magasine with life changing information!

Summary: Brilliant to pick up read and put down again
