Advantages: Price, covers a good range.

Disadvantages: A little to thin.

I have subscribed to Computer Active for the last 6 months so i thought it fair to give my opinion. Most computer magazines are priced in the range of £3 to £5 which makes Computer Active at £1.20 the only option to many people. At this price there is no competition!
The news section is very good but probably the best section is the tips. There are some very useful tips throughout each magazine.
There are some adverts aimed at buying new hardware but this is limited unlike some of the others. Also you will find reviews of hardware and software.
Some issue's are better than others but at this price it is easier to give it a try.
