Advantages: A very useful magazine at a reasonable price

Computeractive is the best computer publication available at present. It is reasonably priced, on sale every other week, and is very useful both for the beginner and more experienced computer user. There are very helpful workshops in every issue and these are easy to follow, usually covering different types of software. In each issue there is a project for children to do and I find that some of these are pretty useful for me to read as well! The internet section is getting better (there was very little on this subject in the early days). The news is always informative and up to date and covers everything you can think of in hardware and software.
