I picked up this magazine because I've got a thing about magazines and I have boxes full of them at home. I was expecting it just to be another poncy design mag, no good with regards to doing what clients and internet users actually want but very nice looking on my shelf.

However, there's lots of stuff in here for the non-poncy information designer. It keeps up with the new cutting edge technologies without harping on about daft browser-crashing bells and whistles. Anyone remember VRML?

So it looks good and the content is great, but it costs a fiver. As far as I'm concerned that's fine because now Future have bought Cre@te out there's no point in me buying Computer Arts anymore.
