Cross stitch card shop is released monthly and comes jam packed every month with plenty of different designs for all occasions to stitch for cards. The patterns are normally in sets so you have plenty of ideas for each celebration that you want to stitch for and they are all small enough that they can be stitched in an evening or two when you need a card at the last minute. The patterns also include licensed characters such as Winnie the Pooh, Snowman, and other Disney characters.

The magazine comes with a free kit on the cover every month to stitch up one of the cards featured inside and normally has a card and envelope to mount it into as well so you have everything needed to get stitching. Every issue also includes a letters feature where people can show their finished cards and receive prizes for the star letter.

The magazine is reasonably priced at £4.99 and can also be subscribed to. I find it nice to pick it up from the shop every now and again, especially when there is a big holiday such as Christmas coming up so I can start stitching cards ahead of time and build a stock of them.
