This specialist subscription-based part-work publication was issued on a trial basis, at first - and then made available thoroughout the whole of UK. The product was fine - fortnightly part work detailing cross stitch charts and ideas for making-up items etc. Well presented - nice photgraphy and ideas/instructions - when it turned up ! Unbelievably bad customer service with regard to payments, service, delivery etc. Withdrawn after about 8 months.
