Advantages: Loads of charts with loads of subjects

Disadvantages: no time to do all the charts

I have been subscribed to this magazine for about a year now. I find this magazine has brilliant charts to do, for all occasions and times of year. These charts vary from simple cards that take only a couple of hours to huge pictures which will take several weeks to complete (obviously depending on how much time you have). They also vary in difficulty, so begginners and experienced stitchers will find something.

Topics included in the charts are birthdays, christmas, easter, weddings, cristenings and fantasy charts amoungst others.

The magazine is available at most newsagents and costs £3.75, which is on the lower end of the price scale for cross stitching magazines. The subscription costs £8.95 a quarter by direct debit.

In this magazine there are also competitions for you to win various bits and bobs-including cross stitch kits, storage boxes, lamps etc. This can be helpful as cross stitching can be an expensive hobby!
