Advantages: Everything you need

Disadvantages: Not as informative as some

For as long as I can remember I have bought the Daily Mail newspaper every day. Well nearly every day, whenever I can get to news agents. I buy the Daily Mail as I believe it is a better quality newspaper than some out there but not too depressing that I feel the need to kill myself. I especially buy it on a Sunday as it also contains two other magazines which my family like to read, Live and You.

I like this magazine as it contains everything you really need to know in your day to day life. It contains the main stories from the past few days including politics which are always useful to know but not something I would necessarily buy a newspaper for. It also contains lots of stories from around the country with anything from crimes to supermarkets and food prices.

The best bits I am shameful to admit is the celebrity gossip that are sometimes written about. It also contains sport on the back pages that contain the main stories of the sporting events of the past few days. This does not interest me at all but for the men it's there. The last thing I have to mention is that it contains the days TV listings which I always found useful in the days before I had Sky.

Overall this is the only newspaper that I read as I feel it is more reputable than the Sun and less headache causing than the Times. For £1.50 on a Sunday and 85p every other day, it is worth it really as it gives you a nice half hour with the paper and a cup of coffee for when you get home.

Summary: Good newspaper
