      Advantages

      Disadvantages

Dirt is a magazine aimed at mountain bikers who ride downhill, dual, BSX and dirt jumping. This is right down my street. Unlike its leading competetors it has no pointless sections and does not mess about with cross country which no-one likes. The articles are top-notch written by riders. Regular features include world cup reports, snap- a picture only section, tested sections etc. I buy this magazine every two months(it is bimonthly) because every issue is different. Superb riding is photographed very well. Adverts are neither too many or too few and there appear to be no pointless adverts. However, although everything else is, the tested sections are not distinctively better than some of its competetors. They are not as long and don't rate them so clearly. However they are very good with clothing and other appareil. Overall- if you are an enthusiastic rider already, this magazine is for you. If you want to get information on buying loads of equipment elsewhere but for little top-ups and wardrobe fillers look no further. Dirt rules.
