At thirty two pence this newspaper is very expensive (comparitively speaking!). I would even go so far as to call it an extravagance to buy it.It sometimes costs more than a penny a page. A penny a page for advertising is extortionate. There are usually around twenty four pages in each Evening News and many of these carry advertising or 'in-house' advertising for Bluechip Travel (owned by The Cumberland News Group). There is little news and the rest of the psper is made up of rehashed stories. For example a recent story told the tale of a man who wascseriously ill in hospital and his dog was allowed to visit him. The results were excellent. Now, three ... Read the complete review
