Advantages: Obviously written by petrolheads who's love for their work shines through

Disadvantages: If you want to read about family car motoring you will be sorely disappointed

I am a long time subscriber to Evo magazine, which in my opinion is one of, if not the best performance car magazine out there are the moment.

It is the natural sucessor to Performance Car magazine which in its day was without doubt the best motoring magazine available

The editorial content is superb and the car photography simply stunning. The news section is always informative and the guys tend to get a lot of scoop news stories that other magazines seem to miss.

The passion that the writers have shines through clearly in the very high standard of the road test reviews. Road tests are written in an easy to read style and they are not too technical for the average reader to enjoy.

If you subscribe to Evo you also have the added advantage of receiving the collectors editions which have different covers from the magazine you buy in the shops.

If you love cars, are a petrolhead then this really is the motoring magazine for you.

Summary: If you like fast cars, well written articles and stunning photography buy this.
