Advantages: good information
Disadvantages: Always out of date.
F1 Racing is great to read on the train or at home if... a) You have been off the planet for a while or b) Have no knowledge of F1 and would like to find out a little more about it. Reason being? Because the world of F1 is constantly evolving. By the time they have brought out, say, the August edition, It is talking about races that happened a month ago and with technology that is now behind the times. To be an efficient racing Magazine, it needs to be produced weekly. This is not possible due to the lack of events in the world of F1 when it is not race week. It would only be about 10 pages thick too. The magazine does offer some great historical information and provides good interviews with Drivers. This is good because it does not really date. current events in the world of F1 do and it is these that let the magazine down. The review of the races are written from a very pro British viewpoint, which can be understandable being a british magazine. I just think with the involvement in the sport by this country, there would be better coverage.
