Advantages: great read

Disadvantages: maybe the price

As a woman I started reading this mag about a year ago courtesy of my boyfriend. At first I picked it up out of curosity expecting to find the usual chauvanistic,sport and scantily clad female magazine that men like to read, so much for my stereotyping.. I was both surprised and pleased to find that here was a magazine that was funny, appealling and informative. It contains articles on just about all aspects of the male character you could find. It covers everything from sport and health, to how to deal with the female psyche with the odd smattering of what can only be described as gross pictures and articles, and if the true stories are to be believed my opinion that there are some very wierd guys out there has been proven.

The articles on the female psyche in particular are my favourites as at times they are so close to the truth on how we women think and feel that i wonder if the writer is in fact not female. In fact I have to say that my boyfriend has often read and implemented the advice from this magazine with stunning results :)

So well done to the FHM team on a truly great magazine and just maybe the women's mags could take on board some of their ideas.
