FHM is one of the most popular men’s’ lifestyle magazines in the U.K., and is growing into the US market as well. Featuring music news and reviews, health news, a variety of articles, and interviews with television and film stars.

The main reason for the success of FHM as a magazine is due to its’ writing style; informative yet amusing, and this style is conducive to a good read. Additionally, a key factor to its’ success is the photo shoots contained in the magazine.

In terms of actual quality of content, FHM is more a good method of filling a couple of train rides to work than a good solid read, but this is in fitting with the nature of any magazine. I’d recommend it to most men; it has enough maturity to be interesting, yet enough laddish japery to raise a smile.
