Disadvantages: Too many advertisements
FHM is a bit like She for men. But I like it.
It was the "original" men's magazine and filled a gaping hole in the market place when it first came out.
It has tried to keep up to date and because of all the competition around nowadays, it has proved that it can fight off it's rivals and remain the best of the best.
Articles abound, sports injuries, bar jokes and women (with very little clothes on but rarely naked and definately not pornographic) make this magazine as popular as it always has been. 2 million readers cannot be wrong.
I am nostalgic, I will continue to buy FMH because I have done for many years, but I will not buy it if I felt it was poor. I have tried other mens monthly's but FHM oozes the quality that others (to be blunt) just try to copy.
FHM is THE men's magazine.
My only gripe is that it contains far too many adverts.
