Nintendo Official Magazine ... have been subscribed to this magazine for a long time now. When I subscribed, I was unfortunate. TYou normally get a gift for subscribing which changes each month. They had no more gifts left when I subscribed as it was at the end of the month. Some months they had some great gifts on offer such as the wireless Wavebird Gamecube controller but nowadays I have seen more Nintendo merchandise such as bags, which isn t as great. However, the magazine itself is informative and enjoyable to read. Each month, there is an original cover, which is designed by a reader! Nintendo Official Magazine ... am a big Nintendo fan and have been for much of my life. The problem with Nintendo is recent years has been third party games. It used to be the case on the N64 that games by developers such as RARE were great titles. In today s gaming world however there are many more game developers bringing out games such as movie tie-ins or completely new characters. It is therefore hard to judge if these games are any good. It seems you can no longer rely on developers as they release many rushed poor games onto the shelves to make money from the success of the Wii and DS.
