Nintendo Official Magazine ... am a big Nintendo fan and have been for much of my life. The problem with Nintendo is recent years has been third party games. It used to be the case on the N64 that games by developers such as RARE were great titles. In today s gaming world however there are many more game developers bringing out games such as movie tie-ins or completely new characters. It is therefore hard to judge if these games are any good. It seems you can no longer rely on developers as they release many rushed poor games onto the shelves to make money from the success of the Wii and DS. Well, for each console and even company, there are many different magazines. Right now, the main consoles are as follows: Xbox 360 Playstation 3 Nintendo Wii Nintendo DS Sony PSP These are the latest handheld and games consoles. There are different magazines out there for each one. For the Xbox 360, I would recommend the official Xbox 360 magazine. Normally at around £5.49, it is quite expensive. Nintendo Official Magazine ... am quite a gamer, so I love to write about games, read about games and of course play games! My favourite magazine is actually the Official Xbox 360 Magazine, but at around £5-6 every month, it wasn t worth it for what it is. This magazine is £3.99 a month, and subscribing to it will get you a decent gift as well as the magazine delivered to your door every month on release date. It isn t the greatest magazine, but can sometimes be interesting to read. I am much more of a Microsoft Gamer, but I do own a few consoles made by Nintendo. The magazine s look changes every month.
