There are loads of game magazines out there for purchase, but what one should you buy, and which are the best? Well, for each console and even company, there are many different magazines. Right now, the main consoles are as follows: Xbox 360 Playstation 3 Nintendo Wii Nintendo DS Sony PSP These are the latest handheld and games consoles. There are different magazines out there for each one. For the Xbox 360, I would recommend the official Xbox 360 magazine. Normally at around £5.49, it is quite expensive. However, it is official with the most reliable information and loads of cool content. The magazine normally comes with a disc ... Read the complete review

Games magazines are great for passionate gamers who would like to know the latest news and information on games. You can buy games magazines for anything from a PC to an Xbox 360. Several magazines include the official Nintendo, Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 magazines - perhaps the three most popular. Each magazine usually contains information on games including reviews with plenty of opinion about the game. Games are analysed on their graphics, sound, gameplay and replay value along with any other features such as online play. Games magazines will always judge these parts of a game to give you the best idea of how good the game is. Some games ... Read the complete review

Let me explain further. The sexually frustrated mags are the ones that link everything with some chick wearing a bikini or a coarse joke. ... Read the complete review

Back when I were a lad, computer magazines were funny and took themselves a lot less serious than they do today. Everyone who worked in the industry looked forward to the future with bright expectations and believed anything was possible. Back in the early eighties it was a world so much different to the one we see today. That may sound ridiculous, but magazines like C&VG and Your Sinclair, among others, were eager to stress that games were the biggest thing on the planet and the fact that amazing graphics involved 2 to 16 colours and some computer games incurred long loading times didn't matter one jot. Covers often featured fully hand drawn ... Read the complete review

Games magazines offer the games players out there, an there is a lot out there, a larger insight into the industries. All the current the current News, Previews and reviews for all the current consoles, it real does provide for a massive, wide range of games players. There are such a range that all types of consoles are covered. As nearly all games are relatively expensive some costing as much as £45, it’s good to be able to check whether they are actually any good and worth buying. Magazines provide games players with in depth insights into games, with pics etc. sometimes well before the game has been released. Some gameing ... Read the complete review
