I have recently stopped purchasing The Guardian and now regularly access its internet site instead. I strongly feel that printed newspapers represent yesterdays news.

It is far more interesting and certainly more realistic to access todays news as it happens rather than reading effectively what is history. How are such sites altering circulation figures of titles, if at all?

Does advertising revenue on-line make up for this? Have any other dooyoo members stopped purchasing their newspapers on a daily or regular basis? Is the future of newspapers really on - line rather than on paper?
