A guitar player for over 20 odd years I have read to many guitar mags to count (sad I KNOW lol) For a few years I subscribed to Total guitar, but there subscription service is apalling, always late and parts of the mags missing. But I have now found the true Nirvana of guitar mags " Guitar magazine" There reviews of instruments and amps etc... are a pleasure to read, pure escapism for poor guitarist like me. They discribe fully the instrument and leave the reader to make his/her mind up to buy or not. Unlike the other, Total Guitar etc... that use a far inferior star system with a poorer quality review. So you want to know everything there is to know about the bands you love. Well this magazine has it all from great reviews of new and old Guitars, amps, and other things associated with the guitar. The magazine also has great interviews with bands like Papa Roach, The Offspring and Green Day. This gives you all the insider information you may need to impress all your friends. The magazine also has an impressive selection of chords from all the lastest songs for example, Rollin limp Bizkit, Renegades of Funk Rage Against The Machine and other chords (feb 2001 issue). They also include all the bass lines and this can be very helpful if you are playing in a band. ...
