You know me by now, my middle name is ‘FREE’ I usually devote my time to finding and reviewing ‘Free’ stuff on the net and giving it all away to you for nothing, gratis, zero, zilch and sometimes - nada. Sure I’m good to you, ain't I :-) Well, today is no exception. There is a wee bit of a difference though, because you can’t just click on this one on the net. I picked this free magazine up in my local health food shop, and was pleasantly surprised. Unlike a lot of freebies, it isn't packed with advertisements, and doesn't appear to be produced by one of the big pharmaceutical companies. It's onto Issue 15, so must have been around a while. It's not got many pages - only 16, and the articles are quite brief, on subjects relating to healthy living and natural remedies. But I felt they were a useful starting point, and I did learn a few tips. The issue I picked up contained features on allergy relief, and preventing vein problems in your legs.
