I found 3 Heat magazines in a pile of magazines left on a desk at work. They all had pictures of celebrities on the front and headlines about X-factor. They ranged in price from a 99p special off to £2.50 for the Christmas edition.
To give you an idea of who the magazines feature, here is some info about the ones I read:
The first one I looked at was the 5-11 Dec 09 issue and I was amazed and pleased to find that it had Kristen Stewart, Josh Holloway AND Megan Fox (my 3 fav celebs) all in one issue. This one had interviews with Mischa Barton, Jedward, Alex Reid, Carol McGiffen, Michael McIntyre and Peter Kay in it. The hair style and care tips in this issue were really good and the hair don't pictures were hilarious.
The 12-18 Dec edition had interviews with Lloyd from X-Factor, Jeremy Kyle, Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield. It had a large article on the best bits of X-Factor.
The Christmas edition included interviews with Stacey from X-Factor, Noel Edmonds, Alexandra Burke, Jedward and Kara Tointon. The Christmas gift ideas were good and were suitable for all budgets. I also enjoyed the year in review and the winter spa treat articles.
The interviews seemed quite open and asked good questions. The regular articles seem to be hoop of horror (where they circle a weird part of a celebrity or a celebrity doing something strange with a hoop), the week in gossip, your jibberjabber (letters page), man watch, torso of the week and star style. The weekly TV, film, dvd, book and music reviews were good too.
I wasn't overly interested by this magazine, some of the articles were good but not that much appealed to me. I certainly wouldn't buy it and there are a lot better out there
Summary: Not for me
