I've found that Horse magazine appeals to a much wider variety than a lot of other equestrian magazines, both horse owners and non owners alike can get a lot out of each issue. There is an excellent 'For Sale' section, regular reviews on horse and riders products and articles/interviews with famous riders. The question and answer section covers a wide variety of topics and there are always excellent tips on exercises for the rider, not just the horse. Horse magazine is a monthly mag which i think offers great value for money at only £2.70 an issue. It is written by the same people that produce Horse and Hound and it covers all sorts of topics such as horse care,riding tips,holidays away,celebrity features,as well as tried and tested. I found that out of all the magazines this one was relevant to all riders, not just those with horses. The competitions for example are to win clothing for yourself or a holiday or a lesson with a top rider which would suit all people not just those with horses, although of course there are also ones to win a saddle or more recently a horse trailer!
