This is a brilliant magazine and resource for advanced digital artists and those wanting to gain knowledge and skills from the professionals. The content showcases the work of established artists, offers complete workshops/ breakdowns on how to create some amazing images from the ground up and each issue comes with a disc that is full of stuff like trial demos of software, Adobe photoshop resourses (brushes, actions, gradients, textures etc.) and video workshops with the creators. As far as magazines go, this one is a real gem. It's been running for a few years now, and it's one of the few magazines that I'll buy the instant it's out and treasure. It really brightens up my day buying it, and even looking over them months later they're still a valuable resource. So what is it actually about? does not publish original science fiction, does not seem to be taking DVDs seriously enough to my mind (no separate reviews section, instead they are mixed in with cheesy old VHS releases), despite the very encouraging editorial comments.
