I never thought I see the day when Andrew would fork out £2 on a child's magazine but it must be the way that Noah looks at him when they wonder down to the Spar that reels him because he has and many a time since!

I actually really don't like the programme 'In the Night Garden' so it's not looking good already is it? This magazine is the same old rubbish as the programme and if it wasn't for the fact that Noah absolutely loves it and seems to get hours of fun from it, I would say that it's a complete waste of money.

The pages are littered with pictures of Igglepiggle, The Tombliboos and all of the other characters that appear alongside them in the programme.

I was expecting to see a fair amount of stories in the book but with each issue there is actually only one and two at the most. This shouldn't be a problem but Noah thinks it's a book as such so when he says 'read it please', I struggle to find exactly what I should read.

There are a lot of craft activities inside which is why Noah gets so much use out of because he loves drawing and writing. There are blank pictures which ned to be coloured and activities and puzzles to do. Some of them are a bit old for him but I do try and sit and help him do them but most of the time he ends of colouring it in or drawing over it.

With each issue you get a free toy but as always with this sort of the thing, it is a complete piece of junk which has no purpose and swiftly ends up getting broken or left in a box to rot. Sometimes you get free stickers which I quite like but Noah can't get them off of the pad because they are so close together and it's far too fiddly for him which means 'muggins' has to do it.

If your child is a hardcore fan then they will enjoy this a lot but as an adult I don't think it's particular good.

Summary: A expensive magazine thats full of nothing!
