Ive read a couple of other reviews on this magazine and it doesnt really go down to well. To be honest i dont think its all that bad. Im not really a magazine fan myself and will only buy one on the add occasion, but i am really into fashion and beauty. I think the magazine is easy to pick up and look through. There is a lot of advertisements and pointless pages of pictures of models wearing clothes you can hardly even see but in total they offer a wide range of styles and try cater for people of different shapes, however they do not feature clothes of more than a size 14 or 16, so in that respect its not great. Like any woman, i like a bit of celebrity gossip and fashion and thought i would treat myself to a copy of In Style magazine. I hadnt bought it in a few years and was looking forward to seeing what it was like now. The main reason i bought it was because there was a free Loccitane hand cream worth £7 in it. The magazine cost me £3.50 which i thought was really expensive but i wanted that hand cream! Im a bit of an impulse buyer so i dont think this helped either. I seem to have my magazine review head on today! I will have to say this is again another magazine that I would not usually buy, but when I got an email from martinlewismoneyexpert.com about the freebie with this one I had to go and buy it!. With the September issue (£3.50) you get 2 Bodyshop Eye Definers ( I take it that means eyeliner ). You have a choice of 3 colours sets : Black and Silver, Black and Brilliant Blue or Black and Vibrant Emerald. Feeling a tad uninspired in terms of what to review, I decided to sit down and read the magazine that arrived through my letterbox last week. I'm not a big reader of magazines but in my quest to line my pockets, I took out a subscription to In Style magazine via Quidco.
