If you're serious about the Internet then this is a must buy. I've subscribed from issue one and for the more advanced NetHead Internet Works does the job. The articles are in depth and targetted at Net professionals. Its not all techie either, many of the articles cover marketing and business integration issues and how the Internet can be effectively used by business. The cover disc(s) aren't great - somewhat bland design - although they do usually have software not found on the more 'popular' magazine discs. Late last year I was made project manager for my works website. I thought this was a great opportunity for me but I didn't know a great deal about designing a website or maintaining a website. So off I went to various newsagents to find lots of different internet magazines. There are a lot out there with different target audiences (that's it point out the obvious). Now dout of all of the internet magazines i would have to say that this is really my favourite as it actually tells you the news of what is going on throughout the internet world. As most magazines will give a brief story of some boring thing! This is an interesting magazine if you are in the busiuness of webdesign or something to do with the net as it gives you the things that you need to know. Also there are some useful reviews and stats about all kinds of stuff. I have subscribed to Internet Works for two years now and will be starting my third soon. Although the price has increased by 50% which I am not too please about. The magazine is all about business on the web and how to get your business on the web. It also includes topical news, makeovers of sites, reviews and quite a packed CD every month. If you are thinking of e-commerce or are just interested in the business element of the Internet, this should be one of your first stops.
