Cosmopolitan: ... Uk you can buy the UK version of Cosmopolitan. They have a local version in many other countries, I know at least of the Italian, French and Spanish version of Cosmopolitan. This is a magazine for women, but I know some men also like to read it! You can either buy it monthly or subscribe for one year and get a 40% discount. What is the thing that we women all think about? SEX. Off course. And Cosmopolitan tell...

goldcrest Zest
... found a copy of Zest when I was staying in a holiday house and I have never looked back. Right from that very first issue I read and every time I get the new copy each month I am totally inspired to get fit, go running and look good. I have never been a runner and I never thought I could be, but this magazine gives loads of hints and tips applicable to anyone. I entered a charity run as a goal, and now I m a proper runner. It isn t just a running magazine at all though. It has articles on healthy eating with at least eight recipes in each issue, it gives loads of advice on beauty products, and not just make-up ( which i never wear). It contains a wonderfully unpredictable mixture of both regular and irregular articles. Regulars include the following: Modern Life - which keep you up to date with many of the latest trends and ideas Olden Life - which takes a nostalgic peek back at things which no longer are, such ...

i_am_joy Weight Watchers
... since I started going to Weight Watchers I have brought every issue of their magazine because it is a good read and I think it is helpful to my motivation to stick to my Weight Watchers plan. It is a glossy magazine that is published monthly and it costs £2. 55 to buy in the shops but I buy mine for £1. 79 from my meeting. I like the way they section the magazine so that every few pages there is a success story where Weight Watchers members tell their story of how they lost their weight. These members are always very inspiring and they give readers their tips and tricks for helping them on their road to weight loss. Sometimes they do come across as a little bit gus...
