I really do like this magazine. As a big fan of Vogue but without the pocket to afford designer I find that Look has a lot of the high fashion trends but high street examples at prices I can afford!

The magazine is (I think) £1.60 and is issued fortnightly. Every fortnight it is full of fashion and beauty tips and guidance. There's a section in every issue showing what's hot on the high street right now and shows you a small collection (maybe 5 pieces) from the top high street stores.

It is also good for the articles that show you the original catwalk piece, the high end budget piece and the more affordable piece as they appreciate that not all of us fashion lovers can afford to head to the designers all the time.

It keeps "gossip" articles to a minimum which really pleases me as I have no interest in knowing who's been doing what, where and who with. I buy the magazine purely based on the knowledge that it will give me a fortnightly fix of fashion! Although I won't lie it does have some of these articles towards the beginning of the magazine.

The only downside I can think of is that because it shows you the affordable items and where to get them from I find myself shopping a lot more than I do after reading Vogue!

So if you're like me and in to fashion but want to know about the affordable not just the catwalks then Look is definitely for you. However, if you're someone who likes the gossip glossy's and want to find out all about Katie Price and the likes then this probably isn't the mag for you.
