Disadvantages: Too much beauty and fashion

I've been a reader of Marie Claire for over five years now and it is the magazine I keep coming back to. I'm now 32 and still find it's the best magazine for me. Even though I get fed up with it every now and then there is nothing better on the market.

Why do i like it ?
I find it does the most interesting articles of this genre of magazine as it stays away from celebrity tittle tattle and focuses on world issues. It features all the essentials of a women's magazine from beauty to fashion, food to travel. The fasion shoots are always beutiful and you can get some good ideas for the latest fashions.

Why don't I like it?
It's heavy so not any easy magazine to slip in your bag. There are too many adverts. It focuses on high end fashion too much and even it's budget fashion is still too expensive. There are times when I skim thorugh it and find nothing to read as none of the articles are too my taste or there is far too much fashion and beauty. Somtimes I think it aims at women who earn £70K+, live in London and have nothing better to do than buy makeup and clothes.

Summary: Give it a go.
