Match magazine is the number one selling football magazine it the UK. I remember buying it every week when I was kid and sticking up the posters all around my bedroom. To my surprise I saw that that this magazine was still on the go these days as I saw it in my local newspaper shop. I saw it but at first did not recognise it due to the massive design change that I remembered as a child.

The magazine is clearly aimed at a young audience probably about 12 year old boys but I still decided to buy it anyway just to see how it has changed. The basis of the magazine seems to have remained the same since I was a kid.

The magazine contains all the football results from the previous week and is released every Tuesday so that it catches the majority of fixtures before going to press. As well as the results and transfers news it has interviews with top players a whole selection of posters for you to stick on your wall. There are a wide range of competitions where you can win kits, boots, tickets and a whole host of other things.

A great magazine if you want a quick round up of the weeks footy.
