Match of the Day, or for convienience, MOTD, has been the leading football magazine in the UK for a fair number of years now. Firstly, the name gets it curiousity from buyers who normally wouldn't really think of buying a football magazine. Usually, I would understand why. In the past, football magazines have eithe been aimed at primary school kids, or at the very knowledgeable fan.. and a slightly old knowledge hound at that. The record isn't great. It has the usual flyers held within the centre but appears to have a few more than the others, and you soon find great chunks of leaflets falling from you’re newly bought magazine. One plus is that it’s cheaper than Four four two at £2.50 however I must use the phrase, ‘you get what you pay for’. The whole thing is packed full of adverts, more than I want at least. ...
