Advantages: User friendly.
Disadvantages: Can work out pricey if purchased monthly rather than a subscription.
I bought this magazine for the first time last week and after being a little unsure of this type of magazine at first I have found it to be very informative and not self indulging as I first thought.
The magazine covers a range of topics targeted from a male perspective. The topics covered include fitness, sex, money and fashion. The magazine has an edgy feel and is the type of publication that you can keep going back to time and time again. The topics covered are presented in a range of styles, from catchy facts highlighted on a page, to in depth interviews and pull out fact sheets that can be taken from the magazine and kept to one side or to be stored in a file. The presentation is very pleasing to the eye and the material is well written and up to date. The magazine oozes quality.
I initially bought a copy as I am trying to get my fitness up and I thought the magazine would offer good tips and advice to get me started. I wasn't disappointed! The magazine is very user friendly as not only does it have an index like most magazines but at the back it divides the magazines into different topic groups with references to the particular pages where there is an article or fact sheet relating to what interests you whether it is fitness or sex.
After being initially put off by men's magazines I can now say that that I am a changed man! The magazine is not just for posers as I first thought and proved to be a very informative and helpful guide that I will continue to purchase and read in the future.
The magazine is monthly and comes in at £3.95 a copy, although if you have a yearly subscription the monthly cost is reduced significantly.
Summary: Good all round advice for men.
