Couch potatoes welcome (Men's Health)
Member Name: neildey
Advantages: Well written articles Disadvantages: Sometimes has boring stuff to wade through for those of us who are more couch potato than beef cake this magazine can be quite intimidating at first. This was true of me until I realised that although it features prime athletes on the covers and even inside it is aimed at the likes of me. It is packed with useful advice on how to eat properly, cost effectively and healthily. The exercise routines are completely impossible first time out but with repetition you can achieve results and actually look as if you are at least somewhere near the correct positions. I find that this magazine is perfect fodder for short haul flights as the articles are pithy and interesting (I tend to read the stand out articles and the go back over the "boring" stuff which is often much better!) I`m still over-weight and lazy by the way but it does galvanise me into action from time to time. Summary: The best magazine of its kind |

Funny for ten minutes
It's got to be a joke, surely?
Cheap & Easy Read
Good as long as you don't have to read every issue of it
It may have stars on it's cover- but it has lost it's sparkle
MOTD - Magazine od the Day
Sugar, the magazine that really is worth your money
