I think that this is a great magazine! I don't know where I would be without it! It has everything a bloke could want and need. Well nearly! The things they put in there are fantastic and have really helped me out. Their recent issues include supplements for muscle building and stuff and it is so brilliant. I would deffinately recommend it! It even helped my brother with his homework the other day. It gives really helpful hints and tips and it is full of great stuff. One of the more recent issues published a bit about how to cheat death. Not only did I not know that but one of the tips really helped me out when I was stuck in the freezing cold. It gives you everything you need. I wasn't clear on cancer in men but it explained all I needed to know. In one issue I nearly died when I found out that I could eat more and not get fat! That really was a surprise and it's brilliant!
