This is a glossy, men’s magazine, with all sorts of promises on the front cover.

What a load of rehashed nonsense. Take a look at the same magazine four or five months ago and it promises the same washboard stomach with just three minutes of exercise a day.

Take a look at the adverts of muscle gain and body surgery on the back to tell me this magazine should not be called ‘men’s insecurity’.

I will give a tip that this magazine of false promises and high selling price does not give. If you want to look like the model on the front cover it takes time and effort in the gym.

My personal opinion is that some men believe to read this magazine is enough to start the biceps bulging and the pecs perking.

This magazine is written by writers the real men with muscles are too busy in the gym.

Before considering buying this publication, ask yourself why you are buying it, then try and work out whether this magazine will solve that issue.
