Advantages: Helpful and inspiring....not just for hunks

Disadvantages: I want to be a hunk now :)

Let's face it, it I was not an overweight out of shape guy in his late 20s heading for his 30s like a runnerway train...I may have passed this magazine by and picked up a "proper lads mag"....
It is a terrific publication, 10 times a year and is very inspiring.....not really the chiseled specimens on the front cover but it has great advice for us normal lazy men......it has a great monthly before and after section which is truly inspiring and puts everything in your reach... It has it's own website www.menshealth.co.uk
But also checkout the american site which is www.menshealth.com which has a cyber BELLY OFF CLUB link to it which is free to join and will give you advice on exercise and food for those of us that have not got a clue......Where is my trainers?
