Hooray! At last somebody has come up with a decent magazine for Men, that isn't full of shallow articles related to sex and violence, and isn't plastered with naked women on each page in a dreary sort of Loaded/FHM type stylee!

OK, so the front cover always seems to feature the same bronzed Adonis, flexing his pecs and his abs, but once inside, you really do come across some interesting and useful stuff.

Weekly features include really effective exercise routines that can be done cheaply and at home, and also pertinent advice about training, and looking after your body post exercising. There are also plenty of great nutritional articles plus recipes that are pretty much spot on, to help cut down the calories and keep the beer gut at bay.

I'd certainly recommend this one as a well-rounded and interesting magazine, which is well written and excellently put together.
