The metro is a brilliant free paper you can get on the buses and trains in the morning.
It gives you most of the news and sport the same as the other papers you pay for do, maybe not to the same depth as some papers but it’s free so you can’t complain really.
It gives you more local news as they are printed locally.
I get the bus to work really early between 6.30 and 7.00 usually (well that is really early for me) and it is always on the bus waiting at that time.
It gives you the television details and also gives you a lot web sites in different categories which I find very useful.
There is always competitions in it as well, like 2 week holiday, trips to watch football games, PC’s etc.
They have a we site themselves at www.metro.co.uk which has all the information about the competitions and lots of other stuff.
For free it’s simply superb!!
