Advantages: Free, Informative

Disadvantages: Not as in depth as other papers, Too much advertising

I travel to uni nearly every day on the London Underground and the first thing i think of at the station is "where is my Metro!". This paper is a perfect 30 minute read and has many interesting sections. Although most of it is advertising, which is why it's free, it's better than staring into space on the tube.

As well as all the latest world, UK news and sport, it also contains many puzzles and brain teasers to keep you occupied and stimulate your mind in the early morning. It also has daily competitions and horoscopes.

I think that this paper is definately worth picking up (if you can, usually by 8 am the're all gone!) and altough not as in depth as national papers, it strikes a good balance between tabloid and broadsheet newspapers.
