The main thing in this magazine is that if you’re a home PC builder like me and want to save money, you should buy this magazine. The micro mark has every little bit of information that you need. On a weekly basis the magazine comes out and at a cost of travel fair you can found out what happening in the I.T world. It was also a bit pricey just for this : £0.80 (at the time) per week worked out at £3.60 a week, and for £2.95 I could get tonnes more news and reviews, as well as all the mainstream advertisers. Even with a cover CD! But this year, I decided to upgrade my old 386, and mainstream adverts seemed too pricey. I took up MCM again (now at £1.10 pw), and this time looking through the private and trade ...
