Advantages: Something for everyone

Disadvantages: Perhaps all the sex stuff isn't everyones cup of tea...

I've only recently started buying this magazine and I have to say, I'm pleasantly surprised.

At only £1.80 this is a cheaper alternative to something like glamour, cosmopolitan but it's definately not lacking.
Jam packed full every issue, this magazine has you reading from cover to cover.
Yes, it's full of your typical gossip, men, fashion and sex but what else would you want in a magazine? a bit of literature? read a book...

The magazine is aimed at 16-24 aged women and is published on a weekly basis.

As said previously the magazine centres around topics stereotypical of womens weeklys.
First let me focus on the fashion aspect.
The magazine is great for outfit ideas on a budget...and there's usually a whole section dedicated to this.
(e.g current issue - 40 new years eve outfits under £40)
You will also find a great selection each issue of the current trends which again you can find on a budget.
There is always a great selection to give you inspiration regardless of your style, there's something for everyone.
Another fun aspect of this magazine is where readers model the latest outfit they've bought. Basically more magazine travels around the UK to different shopping centres each week, pinpoints a girl (with a hefty amount of shopping under her arm!) and asks her to try on what shes bought.

Another topic of the magazine is sex.
Now perhaps some people would prefer not to be reading about it but then again, many people will (if you don't like it skip past these pages... there's plenty more things to read)
The magazine includes hot sex tips, position of the week (tried and tested by readers who rate them) and other such articles to improve that sex life of yours!

Then we come to the men...
the magazine gives a decent supply of eye candy each issue, be it celebrity or regular men they've hunted down on the streets!
Articles each week centreing around men include "men say the daftest things" (which can be absolutely hilarious!) and "the one big question" where about 50 regular guys are asked one serious question (e.g "what would make you dump a girl?" or "when did you last say I love you?")

And of course, celebrity gossip. We all pretend not to care but we're all secretly dying to know! There's not too much of this...as with other magazines which can become very boring very quickly.

And finally, there is an element of seriousness to the magazine in which readers tell their shocking true life stories..

I think that just about sums it up. This magazine has something for everyone and is great value for money...and once you're done you can pass it on to a friend (see... i've even thought of recycling!)

Overall I think it's a great buy, I just wish I'd found it sooner so I hadn't wasted money on other not so good magazines.

Summary: Great buy, value for money and can be read cover to cover!
