I have been reading mother and baby from the day i got my positive pregnancy test and now ive just had my 2nd baby i am still an avid reader.This magazine contains such a variation of reading it just keeps you coming back issue after issue.The magazine often comes with some sort of little freebie and i have found that 9 times out of 10 they are ones worthy keeping.What i love about the magazine is that it tackles issues which sometimes you can even talk about with your closest friends and sometimes a little reassurance that someone else is having the same problem can be all you need to not be so worried.
the tips in the magazine have helped me countless amounts of times and also the product reviews have helped me make many a descision on what i will buy.
The magazine has alot of competitions and also fashion advice which is great as people do seem to think once you are pregnant that you lose your sense of fashion but with magazines like this introducing maternity fashion shops that you just dont know exist help this problem. I love reading the other mums birth experiences and when i was pregnant first time round i found it a real eye opener as they were all honest stories not like when you ask some girl in the office who only really wants to scare you !!
I keep my issues as i use them to go back and refer to if a problem arises with my little one.Last year my son suffered a febrile convulsion after having one of his injections and it was only from reading mother & baby that i had any idea what to do when he was fitting very scary experience and some mothers out there wont have read this knowledge and this magazine in my opinion is providing a service which is very useful as lets face it the nhs is not what it used to be.
I will continue to buy this magazine and for the usual price of £2.50 per issue i dont think you can go wrong....they also do reduce the price alot so you get all the great usual features for an even better price.
