At £5 a month, MP3 magazine is quite an expensive mag and rather a specialized one at that. Although it sounds as though it must JUST be about MP3s, the mag. also has a tonne of information on new music releases, very random websites, and music websites in general. Layout is nice and glossy, which is always a good thing. There's a subscription offer on at the moment with 3 issues for £9.99 and this is refundable if you don't like them, making it reasonable for the amount of information it packs in.
